  • United States ( Lower 48 States + Alaska & Hawaii)

    • USPS Priority Mail - $6.50 (Delivery timeline 2-5 business days)

    • FedEx 2 Day - $15.00 (Delivery timeline 2 business days)

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please feel free to contact nollajewelry@gmail.com to check on the status of your order.

  • If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify nollajewelry@gmail.com immediately and we will do our best to accommodate. Kindly note that once you receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, we may not be able to change your order. We can amend the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.

  • Nolla Jewelry is not responsible for packages once they have been consigned to a shipping carrier for transport to your delivery address. This includes packages that are lost or damaged in transit, as well as missing packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

    In the event that your package is missing or delayed, we are happy to help; please notify us immediately at nollajewelry@gmail.com so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Please note that claims may take up to 7-10 business days to process.

  • At the moment we don’t offer special gift packaging since our products ship on a personalized Nolla Jewelry box.
